Glen Loch Inn

My family spent the 4th of July weekend in Chippewa Falls, and we really enjoyed the Glen Loch Inn. We especially appreciated the hospitality and wonderful cooking of Marilyn. The Cafe is super cute, and the Inn was a perfect choice so we could have separate rooms for each sibling. The Inn is in a fantastic location – right across the street from the wonderful Irvine Park and Zoo and within walking distance to the Leinie Lodge and downtown. We saw deer eating berries in the back yard – so cute! Overall, a perfect place to stay if you are visiting the Chippewa Falls area. You will definitely remember Marilyn and her great breakfast! – July, 2019

My husband and I decided to stretch our vacation by a day en route home from Northern Wisconsin to the Twin Cities. Glen Loch peeked my interest as I do not typically enjoy the cookie cutter chain hotels. What a little treasure we found! For all of those single level, tired looking motels you drive by in your travels, wondering what YOU would do with it if you had the opportunity? Well, THIS is what I would do with one. This place is completely renovated with style while still keeping the old charm. I was particularly impressed with how CLEAN it was both inside and out. The owner was so friendly and helpful in suggesting places to visit and eat. This place also comes with a buffet-style breakfast they do not skimp on. It was delicious and served within a window of time of where you can come at your choosing–not the formal, forced conversation with strangers most B&B’s offer. I highly recommend this sweet & rare gem in Chippewa Falls. You won’t be disappointed. – July, 2019
